Membrane

The idea imagines that a layer of membrane is drawn between the ceiling and the floor, giving abundant unit functions and mobility. ‘Membrane’ creates a unique space to allow passengers to enjoy personal seats. The rhombus shape unit not only constructs the whole pavilion but also creates another rhombus gap to place books regarding as a public shelf. It is a self-standing structure without any metal joints among it. Membrane combined the simple geometrical form of cardboard as the material and built an extraordinary interface to connect the routes.

Membrane 希望創造出一個獨特的空間，讓人能在這個開放的空間裡享受私人座位。並在天花板和地板之間繪製一層膜，賦予豐富的單元功能和移動性。菱形單元不僅構建了整個構築，還創造了膜與膜之間的空隙放置書籍作為公共書架。紙板的簡單幾何形狀作為主要材料，沒有使用任何金屬或是膠水，以一個獨立的結透體構建了一個非凡的界面來連接空間的停留與廊道的延伸。
